Trade fair preparation

Service information

The space rental (except for prefabricated stands) does not include the basic structure (rear and partition walls). These can be ordered separately from System Standbau Gesellschaft m.b.H.

Exceeding the locally permitted construction height above the standard dimension of 2.50 m by means of superstructures, lettering and decorations of any kind requires the written approval of the organizer. Corresponding construction plans must be submitted to the trade fair management no later than 2 months before the start of the trade fair. For two-storey stand structures, grandstands, tents or spotlight structures, an acceptance certificate from a civil engineer is required for the proper and professional construction on site (based on the available statics) and safe operation, which must be submitted to the trade fair management no later than the morning of the last day of construction.

All walls bordering on visitor aisles (especially in the case of island stands) may only be built up to a third of their full surface area and must be loosened up accordingly.

Under no circumstances may self-adhesive carpeting be used, as this damages the hall floor and the adhesive residue is virtually impossible to remove. (The removal of adhesive residues will be charged at cost).

Suspensions: Suspensions may only be suspended from the designated suspension points in compliance with the static conditions. Approval and implementation of the suspension points shall be carried out exclusively by the organizer's contracting company, System Standbau Salzburg Gesellschaft m.b.H. The suspensions/hanging points must be secured twice, regardless of their mass, and require acceptance by a civil engineer after installation

Foyers: Access to the foyers with pallet trucks, forklifts and electric pallet trucks is strictly prohibited! Please use the loading gates in the halls. Those responsible are liable for any damage!

Event acceptance/collaudit: the official acceptance will take place on the last day of set-up from 4:30 p.m. by the Salzburg municipal authorities. We kindly ask you to have a competent person on your stand at this time to answer any detailed questions or provide technical documentation (regarding structures, extraction systems, various exhibits).
